Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase or before your order has been shipped out. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. 

How do I track my package? 

You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help. All apparel items are made to order and take up to 12 days to be made then items will ship out and an email will be sent to you. 

Are items under warranty?

We have a limited 90 day warranty on all of our sunglasses. We offer a replacement pair of sunglasses for any sunglasses that arrive to you damaged. You must provide photos and submit this claim by contacting us through the email form on our Contact us page. 

What is your refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please submit a claim to us by contacting us through the email form on our Contact us page. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.
